Discover Menorca behind the wheel of a classic Citroën 2CV on a unique journey through the north of the island.
The adventure begins in Fornells, a beautiful fishing village renowned for its maritime heritage and authentic atmosphere. From here, we will set off along the Camí de Tramuntana, passing through some of Menorca’s most iconic rural landscapes: green fields, dry-stone walls, and traditional farms where Menorcan cows graze peacefully.
Along the way, we will enjoy quiet, winding roads with stunning views of the island’s northern cliffs, one of the wildest and most spectacular landscapes in Menorca.
The route takes us to Es Mercadal, a charming village in the heart of the island, where we will visit a traditional ensaïmada bakery to learn about the artisanal production process of this famous local pastry. We will then have time to stroll through the village streets and enjoy a coffee accompanied by a freshly made ensaïmada.
Afterwards, we continue along the historic Camí de Kane towards the north until reaching the Salinas de la Concepción, where you will learn about the traditional salt-harvesting process and Menorca’s long-standing salt-making heritage.

The Tour Includes
- A guide accompanying you throughout the entire route.
- Private car (up to 4 people, family members or friends).
- One bottle of water per person.
- Coffee and a tasting of a local ensaïmada during the stop in Mercadal.
- All necessary insurance: vehicle insurance and public liability insurance.
- Fuel included for the entire excursion.
Important
Drivers must hold a valid driving licence and carry it with them during the tour.
Schedule
From May 1st to October 31st, every Tuesday and Thursday. Departures from Fornells at 09:30 and 14:30. Duration: 3 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the tour date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date.
